These terms apply to everyone who uses lisanuae.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Lisan lets employers publish jobs and walk-in interview events in the UAE, and lets job seekers search and apply. Lisan is a listing platform. We do not recruit, select or place candidates, and we are not a party to any employment contract.

Beta

The service is in beta. Posting jobs is free during the beta. We will give employers notice before any paid plan applies to them. Features may change.

Job seekers

• Using Lisan is free. No employer or anyone else may ask you for money to apply, attend an interview or receive a job offer through Lisan. Report any such request to us.
• Give accurate information in your profile and applications.
• Your fit score is a guide based on what you and the employer entered. It is not a decision about your application.

Employers

• You must hold a valid UAE trade licence and give its correct number. We check companies before their listings go live and may ask for a copy.
• Jobs must be real, open and lawful, and comply with UAE labour law, including rules on equal opportunity and recruitment fees.
• You must never charge candidates any fee.
• Use applicants' data only to consider them for the job they applied to, and keep it secure.

Content we remove

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that are fake, misleading, discriminatory, ask candidates for money, or break these terms or the law.

Liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for decisions or agreements between employers and job seekers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
